Tanni Dhoom is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Premier University, Chittagong. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, having previously earned her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Chittagong. Her academic interests encompass data science, big data, machine learning, deep learning, network security, cryptography, image processing, computer vision, and the Internet of Things.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Tanni has conducted a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Compiler Design, Neural Networks & Fuzzy Logic, Network Security, Computer Networking, and Image Processing. Her research and project supervision cover diverse areas such as CNN-based artwork recognition, fingerprint recognition systems, and hybrid encryption models.
Tanni has published in both national and international venues, with notable contributions in artwork classification, smart assistive systems for the visually impaired, and weather prediction models. She is a member of the Bangladesh Computer Society and is proficient in multiple programming languages and tools, including Python, Java, MATLAB, and MySQL
