About

Md. Hasan is a dedicated educator and researcher in Computer Science & Engineering, currently serving as a Lecturer at Premier University, Chattogram. He brings over five years of academic experience, having previously worked as a Senior Lecturer and Lecturer at Metropolitan University, Sylhet, and as a Lecturer at Ranada Prasad Shaha University, Narayanganj. His teaching focuses on programming, algorithms, and digital technologies, with a commitment to fostering critical thinking and student engagement.

Md. Hasan holds a B.Sc. in CSE from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), where he is also pursuing his M.Sc. His research interests lie in natural language processing and machine learning, and he has co-authored peer-reviewed publications, including:

• Topic Modelling: A Comparison of LDA and LDA2vec on Bangla Newspapers (IEEE 2019)
• Sentiment Analysis of YouTube Comments Using Machine Learning (IEEE 2024)

In addition to teaching and research, Md. Hasan is an active competitive programmer, having solved problems across various online platforms such as UVa, Codeforces, CodeChef, HackerRank, and LightOJ.
